Refund & Return Policy
1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received.

2. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us via the email provided on our website. We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, opened or used herbal goods cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the stated timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your card provider or payment processor. If the issue remains, please contact us directly.
